Brasserie Perrier, located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, offers authentic brasserie dining in an energetic environment. Opened by Georges Perrier in 1997, and under the tutelage of Chris Scarduzio, these two famed chefs have created beautifully prepared and flavorful cuisine with a legion of loyal followers.
Chris Scarduzio prepares a menu that combines hearty Provençal recipes with moderately priced brasserie fare. The approachable and exceptionally enjoyable cuisine includes choices such as Onion Soup Gratinee, Steak Frites, Salade Nicoise and a Charcuterie plate, as well as a Plate du Jour menu with a different special daily offering.
The lively space features indoor and outdoor seating, lounge and full bar, all of which share the same menu and the same bustling vibe. The bar serves specialty house cocktails, a vast array of both domestic and worldly craft beer selections and impeccable wines. The refined list offers global choices with a focus on French wines, which are available by the individual carafe or bottle.
During the week, guests gather in the lounge of Brasserie Perrier for its popular happy hour with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drink specials. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy the same inspired menu at the sidewalk café in the daylight or under the stars. Additional facilities include a 100-person banquet room and a separate 16-person private dining room for smaller parties.
