The collaborative effort of Chefs Georges Perrier and Chris Scarduzio at Brasserie Perrier offers fresh eclectic fare in a sleek and colorful atmosphere. An art nouveau-inspired ballroom accommodates up to 150 guests and is easily reconfigured to suit each event. Another more intimate dining room offers seating for up to 20 guests and can be used as a small conference area. Both rooms offer a sophisticated gastronomical experience for every price range, from simple cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to elaborate gourmet menus. Brasserie Perrier's gracious staff gladly assists with special requests such as floral arrangements, a dance floor, live dance bands, and audio-visual equipment. Brasserie Perrier's main dining room is available for up to 90 guests and the bar lounge area up to 65 guests.
