In a large rondeau saute the vegetables until soft add the beef and cook thoroughly drain any fat out and put back in the pot. Add the milk and cook until milk is almost gone, then fold in the herbs season with salt and pepper. Turn out on a parchment lined sheet pan and allow to cool.
